How CBD can help with this situation?

I have to be honest, the behavior cases are one of the most difficult to manage with CBD because it needs to work in conjunction with modification behavioral techniques, but according to many researchers made in mice and humans, Cannabis therapy had helped with anxiety, panic disorders, obsessive compulsive disorders, depression and human psychosis.

The Endocannabinoid system plays a key role in modulating anxiety, fear, and stress. CB1 is found in the brain that controls memory, emotions, and pain, meanwhile,CB2 is important in behavioral regulation.

Which cannabinoids and terpenoids may help to behavioral cases?

CBD, CBG ( strong anti-anxiety effect) and CBDA. For terpenoids: Linalool, Limonene and Caryophyllene.

An interesting fact is that nutrition may help as well, portions of Omega 3, VItamin E, Zinc, Iron, magnesium, and fiber can cause a big difference when we deal with anxiety.
